'I've done a bad thing'

This is a scene from the book Of Mice and Men by John Stienbeck. It's such a sad story. We read the book in class for summer school. So yes it was another assignment for class. This was when Lennie accidentaly(sp?) snapped Curly's wife's neck. It was her fault anyway. She let him touch her hair. I think both those girls in the book Lennie met up with over reacted WAY too much, but I can see way they did that. I feel so bad for Lennie, at least George is there to help him.

I drew this picture before I watched the movie, so Curly's wife doesn't look like the movie one. Plus, i'm not sure if they said what color hair she had in the book.

Well This picture took a while to color, since I was messing with all the markers. I had a tub of markers on one side, then a bag of markers, and then one more set of markers. Took me forever just to pick out a color.

Oh and there is little Paipai on the horse.
